When you place an order we collect your name, email address, mobile number and shipping address so that we can fulfil and deliver it.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered directly with Razorpay and are never received or stored by us.

Your bag is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you return. It is not sent to us until you check out.

We use your details only to process, deliver and support your order, and to reply when you contact us. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

We share the minimum necessary details with our payment processor (Razorpay) and courier partners to complete your order, and we email your invoice and shipping updates to the address you give us.

Order and delivery details are kept with our payment processor (Razorpay) and in a private, access-restricted Google Sheet that our team uses to pack and ship orders and to issue invoices. Only authorised ZAMEEN staff can see them.

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle returns and meet tax and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent for future processing, by emailing hello@zameen.me. We respond to requests and grievances within 30 days.
